EDIT: that dimple aft of the right front wheel well must be the right side rear view camera, the rear view camera is likely hidden in that blacked-out rear panel.

Yes, about a mile from the entrance to Alum Rock Park. Based on the time stamps, it was either picking someone up or dropping off.

I wouldn't call it awful looking so much as uninspired: it's basically a minor variation of virtually all the other Tesla sedans. Then there is the Cybertruck, which looks like what a 5 year old would draw if you asked him to draw a pickup truck.
