Trying to find out what the device is this bloke is pointing at the Cam , his mate is just out of sight trying to break into the residents car . The Vid was posted to my local neighbourhood group pages...some think it's a device to clone key less entry fobs ...lol Whats your thoughts ?

Maybe he's holding a mirror, thinking he will "blind" the camera by reflecting back the IR light...

Looks like it's an electronic key cloner that scans for RFID signals, used to gain entry through garage doors and to keyless vehicles.
