Wbox password reset

Hi.
Took over a building and it has a wbox NVR but nobody knows the password. Tried hikvision remote password tool from a PC on the network but didn't work. Can anyone help please. Have attached image of sticker on bottom showing model number.

Its time to replace, even if you recover this. Dating from 2015 i dont see how you could get anything better than 720p
