VTO2201F after few hours no data transfer

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my VTO2201F. The configuration should be correct. Data transfer to the indoor station and the DMSS app works properly. However, after a few hours, the VTO goes offline. On the switch, the orange data activity LED is no longer blinking.

As soon as I unplug and reconnect the VTO’s CAT cable to the switch, a proper data exchange is immediately re-established. The system then works correctly again for several hours, until the issue suddenly occurs again.

Since communication always works after reconnecting the cable, the standard configuration should be correct. Has anyone else experienced this issue where the network connection drops regularly?

Software versions:

  • VTO2201F: 4.511.0000
  • VTH2621GW: 4.600.000
