You need a different camera.

Wide A$$ angle cameras have too many pixels spread across the whole field of view. And then the blending effect of the two lens could be problematic as well.

You might get lucky with a few in the driveway that come down as close as that one did during the day with much faster shutters (like 0 to 0.5ms) and a higher bitrate, H264H, and CBR and lower NR. Your image looks H265 and low bitrate and possibly VBR.

But that camera is intended to be an overview camera, not an ID camera.
 
The T180 is one of the worst choices you could have made for recording car license plates. The very wide viewing angle, lack of optical zoom, and severe horizontal distortion (everything is narrowed) make the plates difficult to read.

In your case, the compression level is high – you should show the settings in the camera -> encode menu in more detail.
