Video playback is in fast forward

I dont know what changed, but all of a sudden my playback is in fast forward. Ive tried both my standard VLC and potplayer.

I checked, they are set to normal speed but keep juming ahead in increments.

Anyone have this issue recently?

Are your recordings in the native BVR format, I was not aware that VLC could play BVR video files properly, or have you exported the videos to another format?

MP4 format.

I kept working on it and realized it works great on one computer but not the camera storage computer, so it has to be localized to that machine. ANd its something to do with the mouse setting. If I put the mouse cursor over a box that can scroll it automatically scrolls and I cannot manually scroll to the top of the list.

What brand of mouse? Perhaps if there is special mouse software, try to uninstall it and use the built in windows mouse drivers, I have a vague recollection of a similar problem that was linked to the mouse software!

Its always something stupid and you feel dumb when you figure it out.

I tried another mouse, same thing.
I tried a wired mouse same thing.

I removed the keyboard dongle and plugged it back in.... problem solved.
