Using gmail to send notifications with clip

I have two instances of BI. On one of them I can use a gmail account in the email servers - on the other I can't. On one of them I get the email notification along with the attached clip. On the other I do not.
The problem is that the one that works is an old gmail account and i have lost the password. Why don't you just change the password you say? Well because the phone number that is associated with that account to retrieve or change it is gone.
So the question is, is there someplace in the registry i could retrieve it? The button to show the password in the settings does not work - never has.

The password is stored in the registry at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Perspective Software\Blue Iris\server\email, but it is encrypted or obscured don't ask me how to reverse the encryption or un obscure it if you have a active support plan you could try to submit it to support and maybe they might be able to help you out! To send an email to support you must follow the procedure in the BI help or the spam filters will not allow it to reach support!
