User and Pass correct but no image

I am setting up a BI system with two cameras IP's xxx.xxx.xxx.108 and xxx.xxx.xxx.109 both have the same user name and passwords. I can independently view them on my web browser with no issue. for some reason BI will not show the xxx.xxx.xxx.108 camera. I have verified the IP, user and password several times but it just won't show. I even deleted and created a new camera from fresh with the sam results. The xxx.xxx.xxx.109 camera shows up just fine with the user & password. I tried other ports like 37777 but that didn't work either so I went back to port 80 as it was the same as used on camera xxx.xxx.xxx.109.

I get Error: 8000007a (Check Port/User/Password) 0

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Can you log into the camera from IE ?

What make and model camera?

Are both cameras on the same switch?

Did you make your own cables ?

Are you using g POE or a wall wart?

For internal IP address there is no need for the xxx.xxx.xxx .
