US Elections (& Politics) :)

Yes starts. ie He initiated this last year, normally these are done every 10 years

(*Yeah I know I dont like some of the sources either, but ignoring the facts is just being dishonest)

*I'm not picking sides in the redistricting. I simply stated that Trump and the Republicans are in trouble and defending the poorly researched accusation that the story about Trump "starting" the redistricting battle in an off year was somehow false.

Maybe research

Current news articles. Trump merely did what Dems have done for decades. To say this "started" with Trump is just false and ignores decades-old Democrat-gerrymandered districts in many states.

Yes gerrymandering on both sides has been around for a long time. It’s not unique to Democrats by any stretch.

Last year in an off year, Trump urged Republicans not to wait and to step up redistricting ahead of the 2026 midterms.

You really should read the links I supplied

Trump “started” this recent round of redistricting.

It doesn’t matter. It appears Republicans are set to lose bigly.

correction: Trump merely did what Dems both sides have done for decades.

True, it's been going on... but this is a "new" unscheduled round sought by Trump, because he says he's "entitled" to it... even Fox News Contributor Ari Fleischer described it as "started" yesterday...

Voting districts typically are redrawn once a decade, after each census. But President Donald Trump triggered an unusual round of mid-decade redistricting last year when he urged Texas Republicans to redraw House districts to give the GOP an edge in the midterm elections. California Democrats reciprocated, and redistricting efforts soon cascaded across states.

Enlighten yourself

In 2025, Texas ignited the national redistricting fire that has swept across the country from California to Virginia. The Texas redistricting was initiated by President Trump requesting that Texas create five new Republican U.S. House seats for the midterm elections. However, the resulting plan will almost certainly not yield five new Republican seats. It will most likely add only two seats, and in a perfect electoral storm for Democrats, Republicans could actually lose seats.

They'll run Tulsi off as she's not playing nice with Trump's crazy demands.

Nunes is a long time spook. Either he or Ratcliff will get the DNI job

They're running out of options to bury the Epstein case and the war isnt helping his ratings
Watch for massive Election interference, and some type of "National Emergency" to stifle or even "delay" the vote.
