This is more dishonest misinformation spreading around, and so easy to fact check.
"Dow Jones under Joe Biden" covers a 5 year period. The chart starts months before he took office, attributing significant gain to him.
"Dow Jones under Donald Trump" covers a 3-month period with the chart horizontally stretched to look equivalent to the 5 year period.

With an equivalent aspect ratio, the deceptive cherry-picked Trump chart would look like the sliver on the left, compared to his full term chart on the right.
