Trump should tell him that he doesn't understand what he's doing in France and for that matter what many European countries are doing to their own people.

I don't think he's offering "to give" them anything. He's offering to buy what they have. I say give them all a $1M tax free if they allow themselves to be part of the USA. Let them vote on whether or not they agree.
