At the time, a church service was in progress and people were worhipping which is their right.
A so-called journalist comes in not to worship but to observe, interview and subsequenty interrupt that worship service; whether intentional or not, he did just that.
The press feels that is HIS right to do so as a "journalist" but IMO, HIS rights end right at the point that those of the WORSHIPPERS begin...he impinged upon the rights of and interferred with the exercising of those rights of the church attendees.
It's clear he was not there to join others in worshipping.
TL DR: YOUR rights END where MINE begin. It's really that simple.
