PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — President Donald Trump has indicated that the U.S. has “hit” a dock facility along a shore as he wages a pressure campaign on Venezuela, but the U.S. offered few details.
Trump initially seemed to confirm a strike in what appeared to be an impromptu radio interview Friday, and when questioned Monday by reporters about “an explosion in Venezuela,” he said the U.S. struck a facility where boats accused of carrying drugs “load up.”
“There was a major explosion in the dock area where they load the boats up with drugs,” Trump said as he met in Florida with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “They load the boats up with drugs, so we hit all the boats and now we hit the area. It’s the implementation area. There’s where they implement. And that is no longer around.”
It is part of an escalating effort to target what the Trump administration says are boats smuggling drugs bound for the United States. It moves closer to shore strikes that so far have been carried out by the military in international waters in the Caribbean Sea and eastern Pacific Ocean.

Self-deportations soar as Trump’s first year winds down
The Department of Homeland Security announced this month that 1.9 million immigrants who were illegally living in the country have voluntarily departed between January and mid-December.
An additional 600,000 illegal immigrants, most of whom have criminal histories in the U.S., have been deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The self-deportations figure would suggest that the Trump administration has found a way to convince those unlawfully present in the country to leave on their own accord rather than expend costly government resources to find, detain, and remove the “millions and millions” of people that President Donald Trump vowed to round up and deport during his Inauguration speech.
“There’s zero intent to create public fear,” Border Patrol Chief Mike Banks told the Washington Examiner in March. “The intent is to send a clear message to anyone who wants to come to the country illegally: ‘Do not come.’ If you come to this country illegally, you’re going to be apprehended, you’re going to be prosecuted, and you’re going to be removed. That’s the message we’re sending out.”

It’s not just the Somalis in Minnesota.
The Dems opened up our nation to anyone who would come here and vote for them, in exchange for our tax dollars.
They use shell companies to funnel public money to the immigrants, meaning we are slaves that fund the people replacing us.
This is why the Dems so desperately don’t want voter ID. Because they are wittingly engaged in a scheme to let the illegals vote, which allows them to stay in power, which allows them to continue to steal our tax dollars.
It’s all one giant racket, an We the People are the suckers.
My Comment: I bet that the Democrats got 100% of the Somali vote.
