I'm not saying that Charlie actually says what she says he said, but this is probably what she is referring to:

None of those he speaks about is very smart. I think Charlie would say the same about a white person with similar intelligence. But they all are prime examples of DEI in action, and he's just calling it out. He worked with Candace who is actually super smart, like light-years smart over those he called out.
