WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department moved Friday to dismiss a criminal case charging a former Olympian with deliberately damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, saying evidence prosecutors had recently received refuted the idea that vandals were to blame.

Trump hired an incompetent crony on a no-bid contract - there's the stupidity. When the stupidity led to problems, he lied about why. He then tried to cover up the truth (his stupidity) by arresting someone. The case against the person Trump had arrested fell apart, exposing the stupidity.

Pirro’s lame excuse that "evidence prosecutors had recently received refuted the idea that vandals were to blame" is clearly more lies.

A former Olympian who was charged for allegedly damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is asking a judge to turn over the full grand jury record that led to his indictment, arguing there were “irregularities” during the closed-door proceedings.
