There is no public released documents showing WHO the transfers came from
Treasury Dept is refusing to allow them to be made public

I've never seen a President put so much effort into hiding something.
I'm not going to please you and go into every detail of the Epstein files relating to Trump or why his own FBI redacted his name thousands of times from them.(documented and admitted)
There's plenty of information on the Internet and in the 1/2 of the files that the DOJ has released (heavily redacted)

Section 219 defense cooperation bill with Israel does the following:
The Secretary of Defense must appoint a single DoD executive agent to synchronize cooperation across the Pentagon. This official would connect Israeli counterparts with organizations including:
DARPA
the Defense Innovation Unit
the military services
the Under Secretary for Research and Engineering
irregular-warfare technology offices
the Missile Defense Agency
Space Command
The stated mission is to accelerate bilateral:
research and development;
testing and evaluation;
technology integration;
procurement transitions;
joint ventures;
licensing;
co-production;
joint training; and
information sharing.
Section 219 does not create a reciprocal legal obligation on Israel to disclose its most sensitive technologies to the United States.
In fact, one subsection specifically directs the executive agent to identify: "jointly developed or Israeli-origin technologies" for possible integration into U.S. systems.
The language is explicit.
