2-The Supreme Court has struck down limits on how much money can be raised and spent by political parties.The ruling said that these limits violated parties' first amendment rights.This will likely be the most impactful campaign finance decision since Citizen's United


SCOTUS strikes down longstanding limits on how much money party committees can spend in coordination with candidates, upending the campaign finance landscape in the middle of the 2026 midterm election cycle.

Not true at all. That is precisely the point of the Supreme Court; they determine the meaning AND intent of the law as it was written. Therefore, this decision is a huge miscarriage of justice.

Same man, Jacob Howard, intended, "I am not yet prepared to pass a sweeping act of naturalization by which all the Indian savages, wild or tame, belonging to a tribal relation, are to become my fellow-citizens and go to the polls and vote with me."

So, should this intention be considered by the Supreme Court as well?
