Many third world countries have better camera recordings, I bet lof of buildings here are still recording in D1 resolution with CCD sensors replaced with CMOS analog cameras but still recoding in D1 or worse.

Um, where’s the “high powered rifle” that instead of leaving on the roof to not draw attention, he instead carried down the stairwell, out into the main path of fleeing audience, and then leaves conveniently in the small cropping of trees beside the main exit path ?
