upfrade failed NVR2108HS-8P-4KS2

Hello everyone,
While modifying the firmware of this NVR, I ended up installing an older version to diagnose a camera visibility problem. It turns out the camera is faulty, but since this firmware version (V4.000.0000002.0 from December 5, 2019), upgrading has become impossible. I've tried via the web interface, using the USB drive on the NVR, and via configtool. Nothing works; the update fails every time. Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Where did you purchase the NVR?

When you say "the update fails every time", what message is displayed?

i ordered with Aliexpress in China. i have upgrade several times and last one downgrade...
result: block near50% and the NVR reboot alone.

Maybe you dont have the right FW?

Thank you. I will retry it but not at home and i think this is a firmware i tried last week. Think that the upgrede has become impossible but dont know why and how make it work again.

Login to the NVR web GUI with a web browser. Try it that way
