Getting the hang of it

Hello, Several months ago my Ubiquiti Dream Router was struck by lightning. The router was damaged but continued to send out the cameras to the phone. I replaced the old router with a new UDR this past weekend. I know the IP address changed when I swapped out the router. All of the cameras on the system are amcrest cameras. I can see all of them thru the amcrest app and I can log into the web ui of BI and see the cameras. But for some reason I cannot get them on the BI app. I have checked to verify that the phone and the server have the same WAN number. I read somewhere that when you swap out a router the BI may see the new on and think its a rogue and block it out because of the IP change. The system does have a static IP address. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue? Thanks Cleve

When you said "....I know the IP address changed when I swapped out the router" what IP address are you referring to?

Looking back on your past posts I would guess than instead of a VPN such as Zerotier or Tailscale that there was a port forwarded by that AT&T tech in the old router that was not configured in the new router.

If you can access BI when on your LAN at
Code:
http://BI-server-LAN IP:BI-port/ui3.htm
but NOT from your phone when not on your LAN but on cellular using
Code:
http://BI-server-WAN IP:BI-port/ui3.htm
I'd say that port not being forwarded in the new router is your issue.
