Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Ultra (UCG-Ultra) Not populating

Hello all,
I need your help again!

My Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Ultra (UCG-Ultra) is not populating when I log into it. The gateway itself is working. It shows everything correctly on its LCD screen and my network appears to working correctly. When I log into my gateway, on my browser, It will show me logged in. Just not showing things like the topology, switch ports, clients, etc. I even tried using another computer and the same thing happens. I can log into my cameras directly with a browser and all of that is good. So I don't know where to look next.

Any ideas are appreciated.

The solution was simple....Just did a restart on the USG. Man I feel stupid

I've had my fair share of tech issues! Just when I thought my UCG-Ultra was going to make my life easier, it disappears. It's frustrating! But reading through the troubleshooting suggestions here reminds me of mending my old router during World Cup season—no fun when you simply want to watch the game and it buffers every five minutes!

Try clearing your browser cache or opening in incognito mode.
 
Ubiquiti's latest Network app update may be the culprit
