[tutorial] UI3 Viewing Station with Android Tablet

I finally managed to get to the sweet spot with the Fully Kioski Browse !

It simply does everything that i need. It auto starts after some seconds, it opens up the browser and connect automatically to my BI server and then fullscreen the camera's group. FINALLY.

Also it's embebbed Browser supports HTML5 with no bitrate limit and the delay is minimal with the delay compensation in strong, as told by Pumpkin.

I can even connect remotely to fix something. I'm using a dirt cheap android box (v9 iirc) and it's the most cost effective solution (i also bought the Kioski license for less than $9).

maybe there is some sort of overflow on the browser, I experienced this with some browsers. My experience with Kiwi browser was very good, although I recently switched to a cheap windows tablet which has more performance and works as expected after disabling the "pull up to unlock" screen.

kiwi browser is diescontinued. the newest version available doesnt let me create a dekstop icon to launch into frull screen or even to the ui3 webpage. You have to create a 'favorites' bookmark. launch kiwi, clikc the favorites icon and then maxiimize page. also the audio control bar bar is stuck at 1/4 and greyed out without sound.
the problem with other browsers it it wont let me turn offf the screen and then back on without exiting full screen mode. anyone know how kiwi does presistant fullscreen when the other browsers cant? i keep this tablet wall mounted next to my bed i would like to beable to turn the screen off and on but for it to stay maximized.
