Tripwire issues

I have tripwires set right next to each other, one A to B the other B to A, with a trigger for my ptz tracking camera.
If someone walks through either way it triggers both directions.
Yes only one direction is selected.

Anyone had this?

Just for confirmation LOL, post screenshots showing the IVS rules.

Also confirm that BI hasn't turned on MD/SMD and that is what is triggering the camera and not the IVS rules.

We have seen that quite a bit and the "hack" is to set up MD/SMD as the least sensitive with just one block as the area and set the schedule to nothing.

Ahhhhh yes!! SMD was on that channel for some reason. Not turned off. See if that works. Thanks mate.
