Too good to be true or Fake Hikvision?

ok i was browsing ebay yesterday and i see a few dome 2.8 cameras that are cheap ranging from $13-$15 on ebay..

are they fake? or they are really are that cheap nowadays.

I see you're new to posting here so i wanted to welcome you here.

Those 2 ebay sellers look like fraudulent sellers - super low price - about the price of a "dummy" camera and a 0 reputation score.

Recommend avoiding any seller like that.
