Time on computer not reflected in BI (3hrs off)

This hasn't been a problem in the past. Just recently migrated BI to a new computer and think the issue started then.
The problem is that BI thinks the time is 3hrs off. I've 3x checked the computer setup and the time and timezone is correct on the computer.
No matter what I do though, BI thinks the time is 3hrs earlier. This is reflected in both the time/date overlay in a camera feed, as well as any triggered recordings.
Still running LAST 5.9 version of BI

What am I missing?

Not sure if it affects the time, but did you set your location Lat/Lon in BI

Interesting, I set my system time to a totally different time zone and the BI inserted time did not pick up the change, also changing the LAT/LON did change my sunset and sunrise times but did not change the time in the BI inserted time overlay! I wonder if I would need to restart BI for the change to be reflected?

Well I can confirm that BI does get it's time from the Computer time, and it does require that the BI service be restarted for it to change in BI, so if your BI time is off then somehow your computer time is also off, that is my take on your issue!

Aha! So that's it. Takes a BI restart! Never considered that.
