Thermal Cam Factory Reset

Hey guys. I bought a new IPC-TPC124X-AI Thermal Cam from the EmpireTech Amazon store and cannot set it up (not my first cam). The package wasn't sealed and it has signs of a used/returned product but I couldn't tell for sure. So I hooked it up to the network and can get to the setup screen, but someone else has already initialized it, set their own credentials, and therefore I cannot log in. The Dahua tool won't do a factory reset since I don't have credentials. There is no external button to reset it.

Do I have any alternatives short of returning it?
 
All, or at least most, of the newer cameras have a reset button under the hatch where the SD card goes. Have you looked there?

Yeah it sucks that people return stuff and Amazon turns around and sells it as new.
