If it bothers her so bad, why did this Karen sit at her window with binoculars, a pad of paper & pen and a stop watch and watch 24/7 for this guy to be nakid in his own house? She even knew how many times he scratched his balls.......He may be the naturist, but she has a bad case of chronic voyeurism.....how many other neighbors is she spying on that she is enjoying watching?
A very good point - what if she owns a 45x PTZ Camera and has it mounted on her window.
What about the kids seeing it? WTF?
I'm on the side of the tenants. Absolute trash what this pos man is doing, imo. We joke about stuff like this, but in reality its really bad. WTF is wrong with him?
Other than she showed WGN that the guy was butt naked, within the confines of his own house, she didn't provide any evidence or proof that he had broken any laws. The notepad could have been filled out at anytime. Where are the pictures or the video evidence of any wrong doing? Being naked in your own home in Illinois or Chicago is not a crime. Parents are naked in front of their children all of the time. Most kids actually enjoy running around naked and don't give 2 thoughts about anyone else being naked. They only see it as natural until somebody repeatedly tells them it is wrong and conditions them to be ashamed of their own body. Tell me that your kids, while they were growing up, never once saw you or your wife butt naked? To top it off, are you trying to tell us that kids in Chicago high rise towers don't have TV, video games, smart phones, computers, etc and are doomed to stare out the window, licking the window, looking for naked people? When did kids in Chicago start looking out windows, looking for shadows of what could be a naked person in a building several hundred feet away?

Good Morning. So far, I am thankful there is NO WIND in Central South Dakota....
Where we live in Texas, we are predicted to have a Feels Like down to 1 degree while we fight the teens this weekend....we have outside exposed pipes, I got them wrapped but will need to run water to keep them from freezing...fun, fun weekend coming up...oh yeah, add rain today and tomorrow, icy roads, not good here in Texas, drivers can't drive normal much less in these conditions...we are hunkering down here...

Of course, the first I would try is getting the meta data for location info ..
Then, the user account info, and the associated cell phone, then the cell phone records, then the flock camera and ring camera info ..
