So I checked some radar-indicate tornado markers (rotation detected in the cloud) just now on Weather Underground. Look at the precip rate...

Moron on the ground is supposed to be UNDER the bucket with an orange flag and already in the face of the truck BEFORE he began the turn.
Additionally, 30 inch cones, not 18 inch, should be UNDER the bucket, revealing the no-encroach zone....they do not good at the side of the truck, 1 foot away.
Yes, the truck driver is equally stupid but you can't control that.....
Put that ground guy on the pothole filling crew.
