FWIW, the headlines said "furniture", looked to me like a grocery cart ("buggy" here in the south
) that a homeless person left there, not that it matters, he's still a POS.

The "good" news is that according to the CPSC, those 2 products are sold only in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, so that's a plus:
