Techage 4CH NVR doesn't boot (Rainbow horizontal stripes)

Hi, Recently i bought a Techage kit with 4CH and 4 PoE Cameras. This kit works around one hour, and by no reason reboot and just show in the monitor horizontal rainbow stripes. Some images of the NVR: (chip Hi3536) The seller asks me to format a USB drive in FAT32, paste in the root directory this file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8t6ywvw8wlqj6qg/update_seller.img?dl=0 (should be renamed to "update.img") Insert the USB drive in the NVR and turn on. But still, nothing happens, in the monitor just show the rainbow horizontal stripes.
