It used to be (a few months back) when I restart a camera the color bars would only show up for a few seconds before the camera picture shows. Now it's taking minutes to do the same thing.

Anyone else seeing the same issue?

I'm no expert, but it could be that Blue Iris is fighting for system resources when closing. Take a look at Windows Task Manager and look at the Performance tab just before closing Blue Iris. What is the CPU Utilization percent? Same thing for memory, how much is being used and how much is free? Also look at your percent of Disk Activity, how much is it? You should also provide more information about the computer and version of Blue Iris.
