T54IR-ZE-S3 showing in black/white

I have a random T54IR-ZE-S3 that's displaying it's image in black and white when I login through the built in web interface. Anyway to change this?

Are you saying thru a VMS like BI or an NVR or DMSS it is in color, but the moment you login in to the camera GUI it changes to B/W?

I haven't set up BI yet. I'm just logging in through the web interface. Every camera is in color, but one shows black and white.

Confirm that the day/night switch isn't set to B/W

Or "Auto" depending on the light and your profile choice
