has anybody tried reaching [email protected] over the last few days? I haven't heard back about 2 questions since Tuesday. And do they have any SLA's associated with platinum support?
Blue Iris is one person. There has been bugs that need to be fixed.

I have two different priorty support licenses for two installations and I don't get any responses either. I am not sure why they call it priorty support... seems "paid non support" would be a better description.
