Sunba 24x - 3-4 Hour Disconnect

I have a Sunba 24x PTZ camera connected to BlueIris. About every 3-4 hours the camera will disconnect from Blue Iris. The camera doesn't appear to full power cycle.

We’ve changed out POE switches, ethernet, etc, and the issue continues. Any ideas to resolve this issue?

Most PTZs require POE+ power.

What switch do you have and what else is connected to it?

As an example, just because a switch is rated for say 8 ports doesn't necessarily mean it can actually power 8 cameras depending on the draw of the camera and the total power capacity of the switch.

I have the camera running on a 65W POE+ switch. The only other POE device connected is an access point at 15-20W.

I have this same setup with two other Sunba 32x cameras. I don't have an issue with either of those two setups.

65W is nothing.

Try running the camera with nothing else hooked to the POE switch.

Which model is it, some PTZs require more power than other PTZs.
