Stranger Finds A Delivered Package

A package was delivered to this gate on July 4. Seven days later it was found by someone pushing a tricycle. After opening the package, they walked off and returned a few minutes later without the package. I don't know what happened to the package. Camera is a PTZ with auto-tracking.

That punk on the tricycle is going to have a rap sheet by the time he/she hits ten years old.
