Well, you obviously haven't watched ST Discovery and ST Academy. Absolute abominations to the Star Trek name, and that is putting it nicely.

I would rather watch YouTube Shorts of NG, Voyager, and DS9, and Enterprise versus the modern crap

That's why I was always a fan of the original Star Trek....you know, Captain Kirk basically telling them he'd level their planet if they don't play nice or Kirk getting him some strange (they only would show him putting his boots back on in the morning). I had less appreciation for the egg head Piccard and his pussy assed diplomacy. It's a valid point to say that the original contained woke elements but the Next Generation took it to a new intolerable level.
When ya take them back and drop them off in Miami with Crockett and Tubbs!
