I hope this is the correct sub for this.

I am trying to find a good wall outlet spycam that supports RTSP (and ONVIF) so I can use it with Frigate. Is there any recommended brands or vendors for this?

I don't think any of the serious reputable security camera manufacturers make hidden cameras like that since they'd get lots of bad press when people use them for illegal purposes.

You will just have to try your luck with whatever you can find and hope it isn't unreliable garbage. This one comes up pretty prominently when I google search for it, and it claims to support ONVIF. (edited; I had pasted the wrong link)
