I noticed how much pressure there is now to keep up appearances online, especially for younger users. It’s crazy how even engagement numbers feel like social proof. I tried famoid.com once just out of curiosity to see if it would help a small project I was running—it did what it said, and made me question how real most of these big profiles even are.
