smart playback stopped working ?

Can anyone help please ? One of my hikvision cams DS-2CD2H34FWD-IZS was working fine and then 3 days ago motion detection stopped working on playback and no smart events showed.
All other cams on the system are still working fine. I've rebooted the NVR, cleared and reset the arming schedule back to 24 hours again, cleared and reset motion detection on. The cam has all the same settings as the other cams that are working, so I just cannot work out what has happened.
Any advice please

Is the time settings correct for that camera? Aswell when inside Motion Detection Area is it Highlight with Red Square or Green/Blue Square around the camera image? Also i would check under Linkage Method to make sure the camera Aka D1 is checked to be recording.
