Wait... You mean it's possible for end users to make their own cable terminations?! Who knew?? 
Hilarious, but I can see occasional uses for this thing by people not comfortable with doing termination, who just need to test something.
However, I shudder at the effect of having so much wire untwisted in random fashion.

You can just buy a standard Jack for a dollar and do the same punch down...Wait... You mean it's possible for end users to make their own cable terminations?! Who knew??
