Signal drops on new Lorex Fusion NVR (N910A62) – Is this a known hardware bottleneck?

I recently upgraded my system on May 27th to a Lorex Fusion NVR (Model: N910A62). The system is running four wired PoE cameras (one 12MP and three 8MP).

I am monitoring these cameras remotely from 20 miles away on a PC. My problem is that I am experiencing constant, frequent signal drops, sometimes lasting for hours. I have verified this is not an internet bandwidth issue, as I have over 100 Mbps upload speed at the location.

This system replaced an older Lorex system at the same location, and I never experienced these kinds of issues previously. I’m starting to suspect the "Fusion" architecture is the culprit—specifically, the unit struggling to manage a combined wireless/wired processing load even though I am only using hardwired connections.

1. Has anyone else experienced these chronic signal drops with the N910A62 model?
2. Is this specific unit known to have processing bottlenecks when handling a mix of 8MP/12MP wired streams?
3. I am considering returning this unit for a wired-only model, specifically the RN201A-82B-AB1. Would this be a more stable, "pro-grade" choice for my wired-only setup, or should I look for a different recommendation entirely?

Any feedback or guidance on whether this is a hardware limitation of the Fusion series would be greatly appreciated.

That is a lower end NVR with a bandwidth capacity of 80Mbps. One could easily exceed that with a few cameras based on settings.

You could try lowering bitrate and FPS and see if that helps.
