Did his pants fall off after he stuffed the money in his pocket? Typical putz.
He barely made it back to his house . . . it's one of the few rental houses on the block and there are often twenty or so people there, plus a stunning number of vehicles parked on the street in addition to the four in the driveway. Good luck finding one blade of grass in the front yard.
The dudes in @IReallyLikePizza2 hood going come over and load him up with some lead...
I thought eggs were expensive in the US, guessing belts are even more expensive, all this money and he can't afford a belt

In that event, I would tell the police that none of my cameras saw anything at all.
One of the cameras picked up his license plate, uh, I mean his exhaust pipe. 
Can you say 'Civil Asset Forfeiture'? I am sure the police would love to stop him with all that cash since they would assume it was gains from illegal operations.
It would have been hysterical if his pants fell and tripped him just as the wind picked up and blew all his money away.
