After updating my V5 it now shows as an evaluation version, when I try to register with my license key it comes back and says it's a V4 license (I upgraded to V5).
I did not deactivate the license before doing the upgrade, was this a mistake?
I am out of support with this license, what is the correct procedure to update so this doesn't happen?
