Should I add a Power Injector

I'm installing Empire Tech Loyrta 4mp PTZ that uses 22 watts with the IR on to a Amcrest NVR with a Max 22.5 Watts POE Per Port... This doesn't follow the general 80% rule in electrical. Should I install a power injector and not worry about burning up a poe port or am I over thinking it? Ptz PTZ494M-25X Nvr Amcrest 4108e Thanks
