Has worked fine for years but wasn't connected a couple of days ago.
Lots of rebooting, restarting pulling out cables etc. then it just made its own mind up to start working again on wireless and lan.
But at some point I have lost the options on the ip camera browser monitor page for playback etc. for the sd card and it only has zoom buttons where before it had + and - controls with the mouse.
Windows 11 pc, edge browser in ie mode.
Does it need a firmware or software upgrade?
If so do you have links for the correct version?
This is the exact model I have.

Try Internet Explorer, yeah we know but still available.

How to enable native Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and 11:
  • Open Notepad:
    • Copy then paste the single line of code below into Notepad:
    • CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true
    • Save as OpenIE.vbs
  • Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs
  • Create a shortcut to the above file and double-click it anytime you want native Internet Explorer.

Another problem I've always had with this camera is.
If I click on the playback button and choose a video, I can't scroll forwards in the video so if I wanted to see a specific event I have to watch all the way through in realtime till it gets to that part.
And, when I download a video using the sdcard button, that video always plays back at twice the speed at least and at some points the playback goes very fast.
Could that be something to do with the camera recording in H265?

No, but it very well could be a browser issue, stick with IE.
