I have two problems, I can control the camera with my phone Amcrest app and also with the amcrest config tool on my laptop and on blueiris only have video and no control of the ptz also the login credentials name and password that work with the phone and computer do not on blueiris. on blueiris the video only works with admin/admin. I upgraded the firmware and I have this camera working in blueiris last year but I removed it from the system an do not remember the original settings I had before. thanks

Please post a screenshot of BI's camera "settings" => "video" tab => "configure" page and also "settings" => "PTZ/Control" tab.

One thing that could explain the login part: on Amcrest (Dahua based) cameras the ONVIF login is often a separate account from the one the app and Config Tool use. If the camera was added in BI with Find/inspect over ONVIF, it authenticates against that ONVIF user, which can still have the default password after a firmware upgrade. In the camera's web page look under Setup > System > Account for an ONVIF User tab, set that password to match your normal one, then try your normal credentials in BI again.

That may also be why PTZ isn't responding, since BI's PTZ commands would be rejected by the same login. Once the credentials match, check that the PTZ/Control tab in BI has the Amcrest or Dahua option selected rather than none.
