How do those other brand cameras go as far as firmware? if they require an update can you use Dahua or their own? anything else to look out for? Thanks for the info

Click to expand... Firmware and technical support goes through VIP vision. You'll see the firmware is 'General-IPC-xxxx' rather than 'DH-IPC-xxxx'. They work fine to a Dahua branded NVR.
