I have 6 cameras that I installed late 2016 of the same models, tvt-5302 from interlogix TruVision.
When changing location I lost the passwords for the cameras and now I need to reset them…
The problem is, how?
I have tried contacted the new owners of the brand and got back a reset code, but it did not work, also they do not answer very frequently so I never know if the camera been powered the whole time (power it of makes the reset code not work)…
They told me to just “reset it”, and pointed me to a whole different camera manual with SD-card and a reset button in the same hole…
This camera does not have an external or internal button for reset, nor a SD-slot, as I also mentioned for them in the start of conversation.
What can I do? I have tried removing the soldered in place battery also but does not work.
I have attached pictures of the board, I cant see any “RST” jumpers but maybe there is some hidden?
