REOlink POE wired doorbell cam audio question

I had a ring camera, and everything anyone got close to the door, the camera recorded it and the audio was always on while it was recording and crystal clear.

I'm using the doorbell with Blue Iris.

I have checked all the sound settings on my REOlink POE doorbell camera and don't get nearly the same audio. I only get some audio when someone presses the doorbell button.

Anyone have a different result with their cameras?

How about "Record Audio" enabled under "Camera" => "Audio" ?

Mine (firmware v3.0.0.1459_22102806) states "When disabled, you will not hear sound in live video or playback."
