Hi everyone:

I just purchased a Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFi camera. I had a Reolink PoE doorbell previously and have since upgraded to the UniFi G4 Doorbell so I am familiar with Reolink products.

I run a BlueIris system for all of my IP cameras. Does anyone know if it's possible to connect the Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFi camera to BlueIris? I don't seem to be having much luck. I also don't seem to be able to access the new Reolink Floodlight via its IP address from a web browser. When trying via a web browser, I get to the Reolink login screen and once I enter my credentials, I get: "Network error: Unable to connect to device." I can access this camera via the Reolink desktop app and iPhone app. Within the Floodlight's settings, HTTP, HTTPS, RTSP, and ONVIF are all enabled.

I hooked up my old Reolink PoE doorbell as a test and it adds to BlueIris without issue and also can be accessed via IP/web browser.

Does anyone have any ideas here?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, you probably returned the camera already but I recently got the poe version of the Elite Floodlight, you need to enable ONVIF and the rest of the protocols under Network > Advanced.

Hello,

Noob here, first post actually.

So I too got the Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFI cam, liked that I could hardwire it where my old floodlight used to be.

I too run Unifi Protect and the Reolink RLN36 NVR. I also have the Tuya app too, some camera work with all 3, some with just one, some are a mixed bag.

So, I went to Advanced Network settings ---> Server Settings ---> and made sure everything was set/enabled:
Basic Service
Server Port = 9000
RTMP = ON
Server Port = 1935
HTTP = ON
Server Port = 80
HTTPS = ON
Server Port = 443
Certificate Setup = )I did not change this)
RSTP = ON
Server Port = 554
ONVIF = ON
Server Port = 8000

Still no joy :( I have another Reolink 820A, and the same app, same screens, and it connects to Protect right away?

Any help appreciated.

What tripped me up when I tried these Reolink floodlight cameras (those that require hard wiring to 110v but also come with USB power option for initial setup) out was that, if you supplied just the USB power, RTSP stream will NOT work.
With only USB power connected, you can connect to the camera via phone app, see the camera's real-time video and turn on those HTTP/HTTPS/RTSP/ONVIF settings. It's just that RTSP stream isn't there if you are on USB power.
One indication that not everything is working when on USB power is that you can't sign into the website available at the camera's IP address (you get very unhelpful error message)
I had to hardwire to 110v power before I could get RTSP streaming working correctly, sign in & use camera's website and Blue Iris can see the RTSP stream.
